This super light jacket gives you maximum protection on winter days without weighing you down. Totally windproof and durably water resistant, it will help you achieve maximum performance whether you’re trail running or road running. 

On the external surface, a transparent water repellent layer gives you protection without any added bulk. This is combined with POLARTEC® ALPHA® insulation, an incredibly thermal layer which protects your body temperature from the cold while still offering maximum breathability. An extremely light and breathable lining gives a comfortably soft feel on the skin and ensures that no sweat penetrates the insulating layer, expelling vapour to the outside which ensures you stay dry and warm as you run.

The technical design of these layers, which use a new combination of Gore Wear’s POLARTEC® ALPHA® Insulation and GORE® WINDSTOPPER®, sets this jacket apart from the crowd and it has been recognised as a “Product of the Year” from the ISPO Awards, honouring the most innovative new products in the sports industry.

The exceptionally low overall weight combined with low noise materials means you’ll barely notice you’re wearing a jacket. Hidden reflective details are set under the transparent outer layer and are only visible when hit by light giving a stylish look. There’s two zipped side pockets for storing running gloves or valuables and the close fitting hood won’t fall down in windy conditions.
